Une entreprise aéronautique internationale recherche un Partenaire Commercial RH confirmé pour rejoindre son département à Marignane. Vous contribuerez à optimiser la performance commerciale et à déployer des politiques RH. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en ressources humaines, 2-3 ans d'expérience et parlera couramment l'anglais. Ce poste offre un environnement de travail dynamique avec un bon équilibre entre vie professionnelle et personnelle.

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner Confirmed (f / m) to join our Human Resources Department based in Marignane, France.

You will join the HR Site Marignane department, reporting to the HO HR Site and becoming part of a safe and engaging environment.

Your core mission is to :

  • Business Partnership : Actively contribute to executing business plans by translating business needs into relevant and appropriate HR solutions.
  • HR Policy Deployment & Follow-up : Deploy HR policies across your scope by leading collective HR actions and providing both individual employee and manager follow-up.
  • Performance Optimization : Support the optimization of business performance through targeted HR projects & continuous improvement initiatives (lean management).

As such, the HRBP acts as a true Business Partner to Managers, collaborating with them on organizational design, development opportunities, the management of complex situations, recruitment, and a wider scope of HR topics.

Tasks & Accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include :

  • Provide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business
  • Advising the business on all people related matters
  • Drive the execution of business HR plans and support on the preparation and interpretation of HR metrics & reports for the management.
  • Cascade and apply HR policies, E&C standards & national labour regulations towards the management
  • Ensure coherence and harmonization in the implementation of Compensation & Benefits, training, and recruitment policies, in coordination with management and according to business objectives
  • Support and encourage the professional development of all employees
  • Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed (eg. disciplinary action)

Required skills and experience

  • Degree-educated in the Human Resources field or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge and first experience as HRBP (2-3 years).
  • Ability to quickly grasp job skills, competencies and industry knowledge.
  • Proactive and hands‑on mentality, committed, solution‑oriented, flexible, and open‑minded.
  • Experience or knowledge in Project and Change Management
  • Appetite for new technologies with a focus on data driven decision making and new digital tools
  • Excellent customer service and client interaction skills.
  • English must be at an advanced level. Any other language skills will be a plus.

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
