A leading technology platform company in Paris seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead financial analyses and manage R&D tax credits. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of FP&A experience, a Master's degree in Finance, and strong stakeholder management skills. Your role

You report to Mirakl FP&A Sr Director and your main duties are:

1. Cost Structure Analysis
  • Lead monthly financial closing on Labs P&L scope (accruals, monthly comparisons of actual vs. budgeted expenses).
  • Develop forecasts to proactively anticipate the financial landscape for the upcoming months.
  • Collaborate closely with operational teams to construct a detailed N+1 Budget.
2. Decision Support Analysis
  • Work in tandem with the Chief Engineering Officer and Chief Product Officer to provide detailed analyses on various topics.
  • Assist in decision‑making processes by offering strong financial insights and recommendations.
3. R&D Tax Credit / Subsidies Management
  • Spearhead the process of obtaining tax credits / Subsidies from the French / European administration and funding agencies (such as “Banque Publique d’Investissement”) for our R&D operations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and external suppliers responsible for drafting technical documents.
  • Provide essential financial data for year‑end tax credit calculations.
4. Business Case Development (roadmap priorization)
  • Collaborate closely with Product Directors to build robust business cases with financial rationales for new features and projects.
  • Provide financial insights that enable top management to effectively challenge and refine the company's roadmap.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum 5+ years FP&A experience (ideally in tech environment) with a Master's degree in Finance
  • Ability to understand the technical aspect of our products and has a real interest in tech industry
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Solid decision making and problem‑solving skills
  • Demonstrated successful history of implementing business performance and control framework
  • Demonstrated work ethic and consistent over‑achievement
