Pernod Ricard invites a Business Analyst Intern to join the French Portfolio Finance team. The role focuses on long-term demand sales forecasting, brand performance, and revenue growth across cognac, champagne, and rosé brands.

Qualifications

• Student in Business/Engineering/University (Master 1 or 2).
• First experience in business analysis, controlling, finance or audit appreciated.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Proficient in Excel; BI tools like Power BI a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, update, and optimize dashboards (sales, profitability, A&P, portfolio mix).
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions related to pricing, innovation, allocation, and market activation.
• Assist on European subsidies process with our team and the markets.
• Identify and explain variances between forecasts, targets, and actuals, and contribute insights and recommendations.
• Assist in preparing monthly business reviews and presentations for top management.
• Contribute to the annual and quarterly forecasting processes (volume, value, mix).
• Analyze consumption trends, category dynamics, market evolution, and competitive signals to consolidate forecast assumptions.
• Maintain, improve, and document internal forecasting tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Monitor category trends, competitor initiatives, and market evolution.
• Provide relevant insights and benchmarking to support strategic discussions.
• Participate in deep‑dive analyses on portfolio rationalization, performance drivers, or market opportunities.
