Paris Packaging Week is seeking a Multi-Skilled Line Operator and Setter – Filling to manage filling/packaging lines and collaborate with quality, logistics, and customer service teams. You will ensure compliance with GMP, FSC, PEFC standards and drive reliability of lines and teams.

You will set up equipment, operate lines, verify batch records, monitor packaging, and meet production targets while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience operating filling/packaging lines in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of GMP, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Exposure to FSC/PEFC supply chain compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up filling/packaging equipment and lines.
• Operate lines to meet production targets.
• Lead a small shift team and coordinate tasks.
• Verify and document batch records.
• Monitor packaging and labeling processes for accuracy.
• Report on raw materials and production outputs.
• Track stock levels and material usage.
• Monitor key performance indicators for lines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on line equipment.
• Troubleshoot line issues and implement quick fixes.
• Update and maintain production documentation.
