Citi in Paris is seeking an Intern Analyst for the Financial Institutions Group Corporate Banking team. The six-month program starts January 2027 and trains you in credit analysis, risk materials preparation, and client relationship development within a global banking network.

Ideal candidates are university students with internship agreements, fluent in English, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word, and ready to learn about corporate finance and financial markets.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university that can provide an internship agreement.
• Visa covering the whole internship period.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and financial markets; knowledge of FIG is a plus.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Credit analysis: analyze financial and operational performance of clients.
• Prepare materials for risk and approvals committees (credit memos).
• Gather data from Citi systems to monitor exposure and profitability; provide concise analysis.
• Support bankers on ad hoc pitches (e.g., acquisition financing, capital markets).
• Develop banking relationships across Citi's network.
