Zimmermann in Paris is seeking a Field Trainer to support our retail teams across Central & Northern Europe. Based at the Paris Head Office, you will bring the Zimmermann brand to life through impactful learning experiences and ensure a world-class client experience across the region.

The ideal candidate has luxury retail training experience, exceptional facilitation skills, and a willingness to travel. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Luxury Retail Training, Learning & Development or Retail Management.
• Strong understanding of luxury client service, clienteling and retail performance indicators.
• Outstanding facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.
• Ability to inspire, influence and develop teams across multiple countries and cultures.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Central & Northern Europe.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate, engaging and experienced Field Trainer to support our retail teams across Central & Northern Europe.

Based in our Paris Head Office, you will play a pivotal role in developing our retail teams, bringing the Zimmermann brand to life through impactful learning experiences, and ensuring a consistent, world-class client experience across the region.

Key Responsibilities

As our Field Trainer, you will:

• Deliver engaging Brand, Product and Client Experience training across the retail network.


• Lead the onboarding journey for all new retail team members, ensuring a seamless integration into the Zimmermann culture.


• Conduct regular store visits to coach teams on the sales floor, provide constructive feedback and identify development opportunities.


• Partner closely with Regional Managers and Store Managers to design tailored development plans that enhance team performance.


• Drive engagement with Z.Style Suite, ensuring training completion and consistent learning standards across the region.


• Support new store openings by delivering training and coaching before and during launch.


• Contribute to the continuous development of innovative training programmes and learning content.


• Monitor training effectiveness, provide actionable insights and help drive continuous improvement across the retail network.

About You

You will bring:

• Previous experience in Luxury Retail Training, Learning & Development or Retail Management.


• A strong understanding of luxury client service, clienteling and retail performance indicators.


• Outstanding facilitation, coaching and presentation skills.


• The ability to inspire, influence and develop teams across multiple countries and cultures.


• Excellent organisational skills, adaptability and a willingness to travel frequently across Central & Northern Europe.


• Fluency in English; additional European languages are highly desirable.
