Weatherford France is seeking a R&M Technician I to perform hands-on inspection, repair and refurbishment of field tools, using manuals and procedures. You will handle receiving, dismantling, repairing and refurbishing tasks, while juniors assist and seniors oversee and mentor.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in Oil & Gas, a High School Diploma, basic computer and math skills, strong safety awareness and a commitment to quality. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer and math skills with ability to follow procedures.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards.
• Good reading and writing skills and ability to learn processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and repairs tools and equipment per manuals and SOPs.
• Performs inspection, dismantling, repair, and refurbishment tasks.
• Supports maintenance activities and adheres to safety and quality policies.
• Assists senior staff and may lead small tasks under supervision.
• Completes required documentation and work orders.
