Convergint is seeking a Site Project Coordinator to lead end-to-end installation projects for security, fire, and life safety systems at customer sites in Paris. The role involves installation, programming/commissioning, start-up, testing, certification, and customer training on intruder, CCTV, access control, and building automation systems.

You will supervise teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety in accordance with codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of field experience in electronic security or building automation projects.
• Experience with local and enterprise systems such as CCure, Lenel, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec is preferred.
• Certifications related to security systems and a valid driver’s license are required or desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee site management for on-time completion within contract scope and budget.
• Supervise project staff, installers, and subcontractors; mentor and coach team members.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site activities; enforce QA standards.
