TTI (Techtronic Industries) seeks a retail analytics and merchandising specialist to drive market growth with The Home Depot. You will work on sales analytics, customer engagement, and promotional events to maximize product sell-through and brand presence.

You will gain hands-on experience in merchandising, analytics, and partner engagement while advancing in a fast-paced, rewards-focused environment.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and MVR screening.
• Valid driver's license for at least one year.
• Own a personal vehicle and vehicle insurance listing you as primary driver.
• Ability to travel to stores and attend meetings/events; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and moving equipment.
• Experience with MS Office and retail analytics is preferred.

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute events, product demos, and store walks to boost engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising; use data analytics to drive decisions.

• Participate in the company training program to gain market knowledge.
• Develop relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting; support stock management.
• Contribute to merchandising resets and product placement projects.
