Air Products is seeking a Quality & Control Technician to ensure reliability and safety of equipment across Northern Continent depots. You will maintain and calibrate analytical equipment, travel extensively, and train depot teams to uphold high quality standards.

The role emphasizes field autonomy, strong collaboration with depot staff and external partners, and ensuring GMP/compliance in regulated environments. Fluency in English is required; EU work eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in analytical maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation in industrial or regulated environments.
• Understanding analytical methods, automation, or process analyzers.
• Knowledge of GMP, EP, ISO, or regulated gas standards.
• Solid computer skills (SAP, MS Office; automation familiarity a plus).
• Ability to work independently and manage weekly travel.
• Excellent communication skills to train and support depot teams.
• High level of self-organization and ability to build relationships across multiple sites.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on quality, safety and improvement.
• Legal eligibility to work across the EU (EU passport).
• Fluent English (C2 level) is mandatory; German and/or French a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the reliability, safety and performance of equipment across Air Products Northern Continent depots.
• Maintain, repair and calibrate electrical and analytical equipment including gas-related instruments.
• This is a high-autonomy field-based role with ~60% travel across ~15 depots.
• Train local teams on equipment use and calibration and respond to priority breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Depot Managers, Senior Depot Technicians, pharmacists and central technical team.
