Une entreprise technologique recherche un Field Marketing Manager pour la France. Le candidat sera responsable de la création de stratégies marketing intégrées pour accroître la notoriété de la marque et générer des leads. Ce rôle requiert plus de 6 ans d'expérience en marketing terrain, une solide compréhension des principes de marketing et d'excellentes compétences en gestion de projet. Une certaine expérience dans l'industrie des logiciels est préférable. Le poste se déroule en mode hybride à Meudon.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme de baccalauréat requis avec 6 ans ou plus d'expérience professionnelle.
  • Compréhension solide des principes de marketing et des techniques de génération de leads.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter les délais.

MathWorks is looking for a Field Marketing Manager for France, who would partner with Sales, Technical and Management teams to build high-impact integrated marketing programs with a goal to increase our brand awareness, generate new leads, accelerate pipeline and engage existing customers.

You will work at a strategic level supporting the French and European offices business priorities and revenue targets through the implementation of communication programs, as well as lead generation and customer retention campaigns, but also at a tactical level developing pilot programs for specific industries and application areas.

In this position, you will advise and collaborate with Sales & Technical teams and other Marketing groups across the organization, both in France, EMEA and worldwide.

Mission
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their territories, industries and accounts, to define the marketing strategy to align with the sales strategy for these territories
  • Create and/or localize integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns that support new customer acquisition, pipeline acceleration and customer retention for specific industries and applications, using a mix of event-based and digital activities
  • Adapt global marketing materials and develop localized content that resonates with the regional audience.
  • Identify key influencer organizations to collaborate with and drive the partnerships
  • Collect insights to understand local market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and drive plans for PR & Influencer activities supporting Sales and company priorities
  • Work with internal teams to develop targeted and engaging content to be leveraged for awareness, lead generation and prospecting
  • Provide sales enablement support through the creation of social selling coaching plans and support to prospecting efforts
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of Field Marketing initiatives, measuring campaign success, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently for all field marketing initiatives
Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
Qualifications supplémentaires
  • Ideally 6+ years of experience in Field Marketing, regional marketing, or related roles, preferably in the high-tech, software industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing regional marketing strategies to drive lead generation and support sales efforts
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, lead generation and customer retention techniques, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Natural business curiosity and appetite for learning about customer needs, technical products and workflows
  • Solid analytical mindset with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential
