Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) seeks reliable drivers to support a large-scale mapping data collection project across assigned zones. You will operate client-provided vehicles with mapping equipment, travel for extended assignments, and coordinate with field teams to meet daily targets.

Requirements include 5+ years of driving, 2+ years in professional driving, good English, and experience with larger vehicles. AI-assisted screening may be used in hiring. Hotel-based work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years of professional driving experience (e.g., taxi, delivery, logistics, courier).
• Good English.
• Experience driving larger vehicles (vans, trucks) is strongly preferred.
• Defensive, calm, and safety-oriented driving style.
• Comfortable driving in high-traffic and stressful conditions (e.g., rush hour).
• Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation tools.
• Good knowledge of local roads, neighborhoods, and traffic patterns in the working country.
• Polite, professional, and respectful demeanor when interacting with the public.
• Basic technical and mechanical knowledge (e.g., changing tires, reading vehicle gauges).

Responsabilités

• Safely operate client-provided vehicles equipped with mapping and data collection equipment.
• Collect mapping data within assigned zones efficiently and in compliance with project guidelines.
• Handle and protect all client-provided vehicles, devices, and equipment.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and basic upkeep.
• Research and identify safe local parking locations to ensure vehicle and equipment security.
• Securely park, cover, and safeguard the vehicle daily at designated locations.
• Report and handle incidents, including traffic accidents and public interactions, in a professional manner.
• Coordinate daily activities, assignments, and issue resolution with the Camp Coordinator.
• Communicate technical, mechanical, or operational issues promptly.
• Meet daily and weekly delivery targets in collaboration with project coordinators.
• Travel long distances as required and work in “hotel mode” during assignments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and device logs in the designated system or application.
