Stellantis in Poissy is seeking a Control Tower Pre-Analyst to support vehicle quality improvement by proactively identifying, analyzing, and escalating issues detected in the field. You will connect data insights with operational actions, coordinating with engineering, suppliers, manufacturing and after-sales teams to resolve defects early.

The role requires a degree in automotive or mechanical engineering, fluent English, and strong data analytics skills.

Qualifications

Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong data analytics skills; AI and big data tools are a plus.

Responsabilités

Detect field issues, including safety concerns, breakdowns, and incidents, using multiple data sources (warranty claims, diagnostics, OTA data).
Raise alerts for potential crises, recurring issues, or media-sensitive risks.
Perform pre-analysis of incoming issues, including characterization and prioritization.
Ensure effective handover of issues to stakeholders (suppliers, plants, engineering, after-sales).
Update databases when dealing with known issues.
Use AI and advanced data analytics tools to enable early detection and decision-making.
Ensure all activities are conducted in line with standards and tracked in IT systems (e.g. Palantir Foundry, GIM, Altis, PLM).
