Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide support to dealers and service partners in resolving software and hardware issues during machine deployment.
• Conduct product maintenance and technical upgrades for customers.
• Analyze and generate reports for robot after-sales issues.
• Track and rectify defects in functions on-site.
• Assist in collecting after-sales issues and driving product improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver support and training.
• Train dealers and service partners on after-sales capabilities.
