Join a rapidly growing biotech start-up developing advanced technologies to accelerate therapeutic discovery. With a strong scientific foundation and recent funding success, we are expanding our international collaborations and client network.

We are seeking a Customer Success Scientist with a strong background in electrophysiology who thrives in dynamic, field‑oriented roles. You will play a key role in helping our partners and clients adopt our platform successfully, providing scientific guidance, and representing the company internationally.

Your Mission

• Serve as the scientific and technical liaison, dedicating over 50% of your time to supporting clients and collaborators across Europe and the US.
• Provide hands‑on support and training for assays and experimental workflows, particularly those involving electrophysiological and cell‑based screening techniques.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for users, offering expert guidance from setup through data interpretation.
• Gather feedback from the field to improve performance and identify new scientific or technical applications.
• Collaborate closely with internal R&D and product teams to integrate user insights into product development.
• Represent the company at scientific and industry conferences, showcasing results and building partnerships.

Your Profile

• PhD in biology, biophysics, neuroscience, or related field, or MSc with equivalent professional experience.
• Strong background in electrophysiology (manual or automated patch clamp, field recordings, or related techniques).
• Understanding of ion channels, transporters, or cellular signaling pathways is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in client‑facing or field‑based scientific support roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Collaborative, proactive, and scientifically curious mindset.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with frequent international travel.
