A leading European innovator in radiation‑tolerant SoC FPGA technology is expanding its customer‑facing technical organization, and we are seeking an experienced FAE Manager to help drive the success of next‑generation aerospace and defense platforms.

You will connect customers, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless deployment of advanced programmable logic solutions across space, defense, avionics, and other high‑reliability markets.

What you will be doing

• Lead and develop a team of Field Application Engineers supporting customers across France
• Ensure high‑quality technical support for FPGA and SoC FPGA integration
• Work closely with R&D and Sales to align products with evolving market needs
• Deliver technical training to internal teams and customers
• Capture field insights to influence product evolution and roadmap decisions
• Contribute to the company’s broader technical and commercial strategy
• Collaborate with a senior technical expert and report to the Product Director

What you will bring

• Engineering degree in Electronics or a related discipline
• Strong experience with FPGA‑based systems, preferably including SoC FPGA architectures
• Minimum 5 years in technical support or applications engineering, including team leadership
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and customer‑facing abilities
• Proactive mindset, strong organisation, and a collaborative approach
• Fluent English, additional languages a bonus
• Experience in the space industry is an advantage
