Airbus Helicopters SAS in Marignane, France, seeks an Extended Enterprise Product Manager to own end-to-end EE product lifecycle, coordinating with suppliers, partners, customers and AH users. Responsabilités

• End-to-end Extended Enterprise projects, change requests, demand management and delivery of an EE complete solution to suppliers, partners, customers, and AH users.
• Accountable for the EE solution delivery and run/maintenance aligning to SLAs and security requirements.
• Lead and contribute to implementation, acceptance and run organization of the EE solution with coordination across stakeholders.
• Foster harmonization and improvement of EE activities in core countries, coordinating with IM and business stakeholders.

Job Description: Description of the job : An opportunity for an Extended Enterprise Product Manager (m/f) has arisen within Airbus Helicopters in Marignane. The Airbus Helicopters Group embraces the challenges of digitalization. Today, the Digital directorate is contributing to its transformation, which is one of the key company objectives. The Product Service Line "Extended Enterprise" participates actively to these challenges, providing Extended Enterprise solutions which enable Airbus Helicopters Suppliers, Partners, Customers and employees to access AH Information Systems & services from their premises, in-line with stringent commitments on service level agreements and Security company policies. Within the "Digital Infrastructure and Platforms" domain, you belong to the multifunctional team of the Extended Enterprise Product Service Line. As Extended Enterprise Product Manager, you deliver and deploy the Extended Enterprise solutions with end-to-end accountability and you manage the Extended Enterprise products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them to meet operational SLA's.

Scope (main activities, Digital products, Digital services)

The main activities are related to end-to-end Extended Enterprise business projects, change requests, demand management and the delivery of an End to End Extended Enterprise complete solution to our Suppliers, Partners, customers, Airbus and AH users. As IT Extended Enterprise product manager, you are accountable for the delivery of the following Digital services:

• Business consulting: -Support Business in the definition of the activity to be externalized and the associated use cases
• Extended Enterprise solutions design: -Support EE PSL architect solution during the definition of the appropriate Extended Enterprise solution to address business requirements -Support in the delivery of POC Projects: -As Project Leader (or WP Leader), lead and contribute to the implementation, the acceptance and the run organization of the complete EE solution with a high level of coordination expected in regards to all stakeholders.
• Run: -To ensure monitoring & service continuity on Extended Enterprise products -Incident, request management, change management, demand management (Supplier set-up, …) -To manage escalation -To improve awareness, usage of existing solutions -To identify opportunities for harmonization and streamline the EE solution portfolio in close alignment with the business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture framework -To foster the harmonization and the improvement of the Extended Enterprise activity organization/processes/solutions, transversally in the core countries. -To reach these objectives you have a key role of coordinator and facilitator working closely with all the IM and business stakeholders. You ensure their good level of contribution for both run & build activities.

Required skills :

• Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong IT background with experience of 5 to 10 years in IT operational environment ensuring the vision and the integration on the IT landscape.

This role will involve some regular travelling in Europe and as such you will need to be able to travel accordingly. This position is offered on a local contract only. This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
