Job summary

CHANEL in Paris offers a six-month internship within the Retail Export team. You will support Export boutique activities, report to the Retail Manager Export, and work with Boutique Managers as well as business, marketing and learning teams.

This role emphasizes performance analysis, advanced Excel skills, and transversal project management to enhance client experience and boutique operations. The internship provides exposure to market studies, store openings, events, and clienteling initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong business analysis skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience in transversal project management is a plus.
• English proficiency for an international working environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Retail strategy for Export boutiques.
• Inform decisions through boutique performance analysis and monthly reporting.
• Support boutique animations and events to strengthen their operational delivery.
• Enable network expansion through market studies and store-opening coordination.
• Advance operational excellence, clienteling rollout and Eyewear order follow-up.
