Job summary

Terres Inovia recrute un technicien(ne) en expérimentation végétale en CDI pour accompagner l'équipe du Domaine du Grand Chaumoy. Vous serez impliqué dans la mise en place, le suivi et l'analyse des essais sur diverses cultures, en collaboration avec les ingénieurs et responsables techniques.

Le poste nécessite 1 à 3 ans d'expérience, des connaissances en machinerie agricole et des compétences de base en statistiques.

Qualifications

• 1 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle en expérimentation des plantes et techniques de production des cultures.
• Connaissance des engins agricoles: tracteur, pulvérisateur, moissonneuse.
• Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel); notions statistiques appréciées.
• Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et goût pour le travail sur le terrain.
• Respect strict des procédures qualité/sécurité (GHP).
• Bac+2/+3 en production/expérimentation végétale.
• Certiphyto serait un plus; permis de conduire requis et déplacements prévus.
• Expérience sur les cultures étudiées par Terres Inovia serait un plus.

Responsibilities

• Préparer et suivre les essais selon protocoles et Bonnes Pratiques Expérimentales (GEP).
• Réaliser les travaux de culture (semis, traitements, récolte, notations, observations).
• Conduire les machines agricoles (tracteurs, épandeurs, etc.).
• Participer à l'analyse et valorisation des résultats.
• Contribuer à la vie et à l'amélioration continue de la station.

Job presentation

Reporting to Étienne, head of the experimentation station at Domaine du Grand Chaumoy, you will be involved in setting up, monitoring and analyzing trials on various crops (rapeseed, sunflower, peas, soybean, etc.).
You will work in close collaboration with engineers and research managers from the Central and Western zones to advance applied research in the field.

Job duties

• Prepare and monitor trials according to protocols and Good Experimental Practices (GEP)
• Carry out cultivation work (sowing, treatments, harvesting, notations, field observations)
• Operate agricultural machinery (tractors, seeders, sprayers, etc.)
• Participate in the analysis and valorization of results
• Contribute to the life and continuous improvement of the station.

Profile required

• 1 to 3 years' professional experience in plant experimentation and crop production techniques (soil preparation, sowing, harvesting).
• Knowledge of agricultural machinery: tractor, sprayer, combine harvester, mechanical weeding tools appreciated
• At ease with standard IT tools (Word, Excel, etc.), basic statistics skills would be appreciated.
• Team spirit, autonomy, taste for the field
• Strict adherence to quality/safety procedures (GHP).
• You have a Bac+2/+3 in plant production/experimentation.
• Experience in the crops studied by Terres Inovia would be a real plus.
• You have good interpersonal skills and a liking for teamwork.
• Ideally, you hold a certiphyto certificate.
• A driving license is required for this position, and travel is to be expected.

Conditions and benefits

• Open-ended contract to be filled as soon as possible in Le Subdray (18).
  Remuneration according to profile and experience in compliance with the chemical industry collective agreement 25 - 29 k€ (annual basis 13 months).
• 26j CP/year, 16 annual RTT, bridges offered.
• Attractive health insurance (partially covered by the CSE)
