Alumni of Leadership Sarasota seeks an experienced New Construction Plumber for long-term projects. The role involves installing and maintaining piping, drainage, and water systems in new buildings, following blueprints and codes.

You will install fittings, test for leaks, and coordinate with other trades to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing rough-ins, sealing openings, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and building specifications.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans.

Responsabilités

• Install piping systems according to plans and specs.
• Perform testing and leak checks on completed work.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure on-time completion.
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness and organization.
• Demo and patch concrete floors as required.
