Job summary

Fastned UK Limited seeks a Head of Expansion South-West Europe based in Paris, with regular travel across Europe. You will translate strategy into regional priorities, lead the Expansion Leads, and drive high-quality site expansion across France, Spain and Italy.

You will establish governance, manage cross-functional collaboration, monitor market developments and deliver measurable outcomes while strengthening country autonomy.

Qualifications

• Significant expansion/energy/mobility experience in international settings.
• Experience leading teams across multiple countries.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Coaching leadership with strong communication.
• Fluency in French and English; Spanish/Italian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Expansion Leads and country teams across France, Spain and Italy.
• Establish a consistent operating rhythm for performance, forecasting and risk tracking.
• Translate Network Development priorities into regional actions and roadmaps.
• Monitor market, regulatory and customer developments to inform recommendations.
