Wandercraft is seeking a skilled control engineer to advance whole-body control for exoskeletons and humanoid robots. You will formulate, simulate, deploy and validate algorithms on real hardware, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across robotics disciplines.

Your work will span floating-base robot control, trajectory optimization and learning-based approaches where relevant, with a focus on robustness and real-time execution. Strong coding skills in C++/Python are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Robotics, Controls, Optimization or related field.
• Hands-on experience with robotics, control, motion generation or trajectory optimization.
• Proficiency in programming (C++/Python).

Responsabilités

• Develop whole-body control algorithms for floating-base robots.
• Design control strategies using MPC and NMPC.
• Develop trajectory optimization and motion generation algorithms.
• Test, debug and validate algorithms on exoskeletons and humanoid robots.
• Contribute to architecture and long-term direction of the control stack.
