Executive Officer / Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (Clerk I/II)

University of Hong Kong (Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine). Full‑time, two‑year fixed‑term position, commencing as soon as possible, with contract‑end gratuity, University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme (up to 10% of basic salary) and the possibility of renewal upon satisfactory performance.

Job Overview

The appointee will provide a wide range of administrative, logistical and secretarial support to a self‑funded taught post‑graduate programme and perform other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and on weekends may be required occasionally.
