Executive Assistant – Paris – Hybrid - €48 –€55,000 – French and English speaking

An Executive Assistant is required to join a newly established philanthropic organisation with multi-million funding dedicated to shaping the AI ecosystem, prioritising outcomes that matter to people and communities, with transparency and equity at its core.

As the Executive Assistant, you will help build the systems and routines that enable a lean international team to operate smoothly, providing proactive administrative support to the CEO, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and assisting with drafting, proofreading, and presenting documents.

You will oversee onboarding and offboarding checklists, maintain key internal records, and support IT and tools coordination. Our client is seeking an individual with 3+ years' experience in administrative or office management roles—ideally in a fast-paced environment—strong proficiency with digital tools, and excellent organisational skills, along with strong written and verbal communication in both English and French. Experience in a mission-driven organisation and an interest in AI and its societal impact are desirable.

Key requirements :

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in administrative, office management or team assistant roles
  • Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with HR or finance administration
  • Strong proficiency with digital tools (google workspace, slack, zoom)
  • Curiosity about AI and its impact on society

Location : Paris (3x a week onsite)

Salary : €48 –€55,000
