Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 5–10 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in the chemical industry.
• Proven expertise in REACH registrations and European regulations.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage REACH registrations and regulatory dossiers to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Monitor and interpret REACH, CLP, BPR, and other EU regulations to identify risks.
• Provide regulatory guidance to commercial and operations teams for compliant decisions.
• Support audits, inspections and regulatory defense activities.
• Represent DKSH in industry associations and regulatory working groups.
• Collaborate with internal teams across EU/UK/CH markets.
