As an Associate on the Euro STIRT and Cross Currency Trading Desk, you will play a pivotal role in shaping trading strategies and supporting our team’s success. You will engage directly with clients and colleagues, applying your market knowledge to optimize risk management and trading outcomes. Job responsibilities

• Engage with clients to facilitate business and build strong relationships.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize risk management and profitability.
• Collaborate with traders and team members to share insights and strategies.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data to support trading decisions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proven experience trading Euro STIRT and Cross Currency markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data.
• Excellent decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience working with institutional clients in Euro STIRT and Cross Currency markets.
• Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and market analytics tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
• Interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members.
