UNIQLO is seeking an EU Textile EPR Lead to join the EU Sustainability team in Paris. You will drive the textile EPR programme across EU markets, manage PRO registrations, regulatory reporting, data management, and audit readiness, while aligning with internal teams and external stakeholders.

You will translate evolving EU regulations into practical actions, partner with Finance, Legal, and Global HQ, and help shape UNIQLO Europe’s approach to circularity, product compliance, and environmental

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in sustainability, environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, EPR, supply chain, or project management.
