Zimmermann is seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator to support HR activities across EU markets, collaborating with HR Management. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, health and safety, and HR policy implementation across Europe.

Key responsibilities include integrating new hires, supporting talent development, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to HR projects like HRIS.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and full professional proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Experience in HR coordination or a similar generalist HR role is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR processes across multiple countries and employment laws is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and administration across EU markets.
• Support recruitment and talent development efforts, promoting Diversity & Inclusion.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance with HR governance across regions.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in collaboration with managers.
• Assist HR projects including HRIS and time/attendance systems.
