HBS in Paris is seeking a Business Analyst Apprentice to join the Platforms & Solutions team. Based in Boulogne Billancourt, Paris, this 1–2 year alternance contract offers hands-on IT and business exposure, supporting ERP and Back‑Office activities under the ERP and Back‑Office Applications Manager.

You will contribute to operational support, improve tools, and document functionality. The role suits a curious, structured, service‑oriented candidate pursuing a Master’s in IS/CS with interest

Qualifications

• Candidate pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with strong interest in Microsoft tools, ERP environments, and low‑code/no‑code technologies.
• Good understanding of SQL databases and application interfaces, and IT support processes is appreciated.

Responsabilités

• Provide user support for ERP and Back‑Office applications.
• Handle incidents, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Support ERP data management, integrations, and reporting activities.
• Monitor system performance and contribute to problem resolution.
• Update and create functional and technical documentation.
• Support users in the adoption of tools and internal processes.
