Job summary

Harmattan AI is seeking an ERP Architect to own the Odoo-driven enterprise system that runs purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, quality and accounting. You will define architecture, roadmap and lead external partners while remaining hands-on from shop floor to data model in collaboration with manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams.

You will deploy MES capabilities on Odoo, manage master data quality, and ensure scalable performance as production grows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ERP experience; Odoo exposure is a strong plus.
• End-to-end ERP ownership in an industrial setting or leading Odoo projects.
• Solid manufacturing and supply chain knowledge: MRP, BOMs, routings, inventory.
• Ability to configure, fix and build in Odoo setup, data and code in Python.
• Strong technical leader; experienced managing partners and teams, with trade-offs.
• Understanding of how AI can upgrade ERPs; motivation to advance ERP capabilities.

• Stay hands-on in Odoo configuration, data fixes and code while ensuring performance.

About the Role

As ERP Architect, you are the internal authority on Odoo, the system that runs Harmattan AI's industrial operations, from purchasing and inventory to manufacturing, quality and accounting. You own the architecture, the roadmap and the technical leadership of the ERP, managing external partners and teams from day one, so the system keeps pace as production scales. You work hands-on every day, from the shop floor to the data model, alongside manufacturing, supply chain and finance teams within Corporate Tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the target ERP architecture, module scope, customization rules and upgrade path.
• Build and maintain the ERP roadmap, prioritizing initiatives with operations leads and leadership.
• Deploy manufacturing and MES capabilities on Odoo, covering manufacturing orders, shop floor, quality and production ramp-up.
• Own ERP master data quality across items, BOMs and suppliers.
• Integrate Odoo with PLM, CRM and finance flows so items, BOMs and sales orders move reliably.
• Extend Odoo accounting to every legal entity, in close collaboration with the finance team.
• Run the Odoo integrator and freelance developers: write specs, steer sprints, accept deliveries and keep spend under control.
• Stay hands-on in Odoo configuration, data fixes and code, while ensuring performance and reliability as usage grows.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ERP; Odoo experience is a strong plus.
• Track record of owning an ERP end to end in an industrial company, or of leading Odoo projects at an integrator.
• Solid manufacturing and supply chain knowledge: MRP, BOMs, routings, quality and inventory.
• Ability to configure, fix and build yourself, from Odoo setup and data to code in Python.
• Strong technical leader and pragmatic owner, experienced in managing partners and teams and in making clear trade-offs.
• Understanding of what AI makes possible, and strong motivation to upgrade ERPs with it.
• Engineering degree appreciated, though proven professional experience matters more.
• Fluency in English required; French is a plus.
