Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical or (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Ability to ensure preventive maintenance programs are developed and implemented.
• Strong performance analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the availability, reliability, and performance of site vision systems.
• Oversee equipment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation projects.

Connaissances

Knowledge of statistical analysis tools

Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies

Experience with CIP – SIP and COP – SOP systems

Understanding of formulation systems

Equipment Engineer / System Owner- Pharma - Paris - 12-Month Contract

Our client, aglobal (bio)pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation, is recruiting for aEquipment Engineer / System Owner to join them on their new expansion project. Based in a charming french location, this is on a contractual basis, and will involve significantly growing the sites capacity for the manufacture ofBiologics.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• You will be responsible for the availability, reliability and performance of site vision systems including maintenance, calibration, spare parts and general asset management
• The System Owner will also be responsible for equipment projects, continuous improvement, investigations, development of new technologies and commercial manufacturing support
• You will have knowledge and proficiency in the use of statistical analysis tools, continuous improvement methodologies
• CIP – SIP and COP – SOP Systems
• Formulation Systems
• Monitoring of day to day performance of their assigned system(s)
• Measuring and maximising the uptime of their system
• Performance analysis of key attributes of their systems and equipment to identify and proactively manage / improve performance trends
• Ensuring the preventive maintenance program for their system is successfully developed and implemented in a safe manner
• Ensuring that a critical spare parts list for their system is identified and appropriate levels of spares are maintained
• The definition and scoping of all process improvement activities relating to the system
• Anticipating, solving or escalating problems as appropriate
• All design reviews associated with equipment purchases
• Risk assessments and mitigation projects relating to system performance
