Axens is hiring an Internship - Axens Equipment Data Hub Development (F/M) in Rueil-Malmaison. Final-year engineering students will collect, structure and consolidate equipment information, then build a robust, searchable data repository for operations and sales teams.

The role combines engineering insight with data management, content governance and basic automation. Strong English and Python/PowerPoint/Excel skills are valued; position starts 1/1/2027.

Qualifications

• Final-year engineering student (Master level / 5th year) looking for an internship at the intersection of engineering knowledge, data structuring and business enablement.
• Strong ability to understand a broad scope of equipment topics and to translate expert content into usable information.
• Excellent synthesis and structuring skills for clear, usable content.
• Strong interpersonal skills: proactive outreach, facilitation, listening and cross-functional teamwork.
• High level of rigor and organisation: data quality, versioning and repository governance.
• Professional English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate equipment-related information from contributing entities through interviews, documents and repositories.
• Synthesize and standardize technical and business content into clear, intelligible formats.
• Populate and maintain the database tool with data quality, versioning and governance.
• Enhance the tool and develop applications (search, dashboards, exports).
• Contribute to automation and data processing (parsing, cleaning, structuring, API/scripts).
• Prepare communication material and demos for users; gather feedback and iterate.
