Inria in Lyon seeks a research engineer to estimate environmental impacts of large-scale distributed platforms within the ODISSEE project. You will design, develop and deploy services that measure multi-metric environmental footprints of IT resources across the data chain.

The role emphasizes scripting and programming (Python, C/C++), autonomy, and clear English reporting, with telework up to 90 days/year and collaboration with European partners on SLICES-FR infrastructure.

Formación

• Background in energy measurement and environmental impact assessment for IT.
• Experience with large-scale distributed platforms and data analytics.
• Ability to write English technical reports and papers.
• Strong scripting and programming skills in Python/C/C++ are preferred.

Responsabilidades
