Tighe & Bond is seeking an Environmental Scientist 1 to join the Wetlands & Ecology Team and contribute to environmental permitting, planning, and monitoring across Northeast projects. Environmental Scientist 1

As an Environmental Scientist 1, you will join our Environment team in our Westfield, MA, Portsmouth, NH, Shelton, CT or Middletown, CT office, where you'll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. Working with industry experts, you'll tackle complex challenges that strengthen community resilience and advance environmental sustainability. Our Environmental Services team, composed of experienced professionals, provides comprehensive environmental permitting, planning, and compliance monitoring services across a range of projects. Our technical experts specialize in freshwater and coastal wetland delineations, environmental impact assessments, and wildlife and fishery habitat evaluations. We lead initiatives in climate change resiliency, wetland and ecological restoration, dam removal, and streambank stabilization. Our work also includes rare species permitting, all aimed at ensuring sustainable development and environmental stewardship for our clients.

As a valuable part of our Wetlands & Ecology Team, an Environmental Scientist 1 will support projects and gain hands‑on experience with responsibilities such as
