Responsabilités

• Implement, configure, and manage enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS, object storage) to meet business and project requirements.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to engineering teams and stakeholders.
• Administer and optimize backup and recovery systems, including disaster recovery testing and security concepts with the service provider.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for storage and backup infrastructure and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of storage and backup solutions.
• Identify weaknesses and implement enhancements to improve storage efficiency, capacity utilization, and reliability.
• Act as technical point of contact for operations to support run activities and process alignment.
• Execute ITIL-based processes: incident, problem, change, configuration, asset management, and entry-into-service procedures.
