Givaudan seeks an experienced Process Automation Solution Architect to design and support enterprise automation across multiple locations. You will lead architecture, governance, and dashboards, while guiding automation developers and collaborating with business partners.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in RPA/IPA and Hyperautomation, plus hands-on delivery and data modeling skills. Global programs offer hybrid work and diverse learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with architecture responsibilities.
• 5+ years in RPA, IPA, and Hyperautomation projects.
• Experience with enterprise-scale implementations and data models.
• Hands-on automation delivery and dashboarding experience.
• Knowledge of automation patterns, security, and governance.
• Experience with Agentic AI, OCR, NLP technologies.
• Familiarity with SAP and API integration.
• Cloud familiarity (Azure/AWS).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise-level automation architecture standards.
• Lead end-to-end design of automation programs and dashboards.
• Provide technical oversight, code reviews, and platform selection.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and governance across programs.
• Collaborate with business and IT to align solutions with needs.
• Develop reusable components and accelerators for faster delivery.
• Shape automation innovation and roadmap initiatives.
