Job summary

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an Engineering Digital coach for the new 3DEXP solution in Marignane, France. You will join the Digital Methods & Tools for Engineering department to lead transformation, design training programs, and integrate AI-driven assistance for end-users across transnational teams.

3–5 years in aeronautics/industrial engineering, strong PLM experience (3DEXPERIENCE), and fluent French & English are required.

Qualifications

3–5 years in aeronautical or industrial engineering/design; trainers/coaches in PLM/digital transformation preferred.
Proficiency in engineering processes and in the 3DEXPERIENCE PLM environment (Catia, VPM, Core Eng, 3DJump).
Fluent French and English (oral and written) required; additional German a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver training; create user guides and modules in English; train End-Users and Key-Users on DDMS tools and processes.
Monitor use cases and validation; draft end-to-end test documentation; coach Key-Users during execution.
Conduct functional and performance tests of the deployed DDMS solution to ensure alignment with engineering needs.
Provide Level 1 user support and escalate Level 2 issues to appropriate teams as needed.
Contribute to AI and continuous improvement by participating in defining and developing an AI assistant for end-users.
