OPSWAT is seeking a senior AI strategy leader to drive AI transformation across the CTO department and beyond. You will own oversight of all AI initiatives and report progress to executive leadership.

You will partner with product leaders to embed AI into solution campaigns, translate technical work into business value, and shape the AI roadmap with data science and engineering. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and strategic storytelling to executives.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging AI/ML technology and business outcomes.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure.
• Involvement in defining or shaping AI strategy within an organization.
• Working understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and LLM fundamentals.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives and customers.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Experience with roadmap planning and executive reporting.
• A grounded, pragmatic approach to AI.

What We Need From You

• Exposure to working with data science teams in a product or strategy capacity
• Experience contributing to sales enablement, positioning, or messaging for AI-powered products
• Track record of partnering with sales, marketing, or customer-facing teams to drive product adoption
