Job summary

Cyient Limited is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to accelerate growth across our Product and Plant Engineering Network Services and Solutions portfolio. This role targets doubling Energy sector revenues within two years by expanding existing accounts and winning new business opportunities.

You will lead high-impact sales initiatives, develop executive-level relationships, and drive complex technical and commercial deals to closure, with Nuclear and Industrial energy expertise

Qualifications

• 14+ years in a metrics-driven services and solutions sales environment.
• Direct sales experience in the Energy sector; Nuclear and Industrial preferred.
• Established network of C-suite, VP, and Director-level leaders in Energy.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing a structured go-to-market strategy.
• Proven ability to drive multimillion-dollar revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth across Energy accounts and new business opportunities.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline with current clients.
• Oversee sales process and CRM discipline to progress opportunities.
• Lead innovative proposals, including technical and commercial solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, MSAs, and pricing for long-term value.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships to expand partnerships.
