A leading technology and engineering firm in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is seeking a Legal Counsel to support their Energy Division's business units. The role includes managing legal risks, drafting and negotiating complex contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a law degree from a reputable EU university and at least 5 years of relevant experience in an international context. Strong English communication skills are essential, with French being an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years' experience as in-house counsel or attorney in an international setting.
• Experience managing and drafting international commercial contracts.
• Familiarity with insurance requirements and product liability regulation.
