A global leader in medical diagnostics is seeking an EMEA Medical Education and Communication Lead. This role involves developing and executing strategies for medical education and communication across the EMEA region. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a higher education degree. Fluency in English is essential, and familiarity with diagnostics is a plus. This is a 12-month fixed-term position with travel requirements throughout the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or a related role in the IVD or pharmaceutical sector.
• Fluency in English and additional European language preferred.
• Familiarity with in vitro diagnostics and clinical microbiology is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee medical education and communication strategies for the EMEA region.
• Coordinate training initiatives for internal teams.
• Measure effectiveness of medical education activities.
• Lead creation of medical communication materials for various audiences.
