A global diagnostic leader is looking for an EMEA Medical Education and Communication Lead to shape the dissemination of medical information across healthcare professionals in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role requires a strong background in medical education, exceptional communication skills, and strategic thinking. Responsibilities include developing educational materials, coordinating training for internal teams, and ensuring alignment with global strategies. Fluency in English and a minimum of 5 years in Medical Affairs are essential for this role. This full-time position is located in Marcy-l'Étoile, France.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, or Medical Communications within the IVD, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive medical education and communication strategies for EMEA.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and scientifically accurate medical education content.
  • Coordinate design and roll-out of medical training initiatives for internal teams.
  • Measure effectiveness of medical education and training activities.
