Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Global Air Logistics Implementation Manager to lead strategic customer solutions across international air networks. You will coordinate between customers, Key Account Managers, and operations worldwide to ensure new business transitions are delivered on time and with minimal disruption.

This role blends air logistics expertise with project management to drive large-scale client implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in air logistics forwarding with customer service or onboarding.
• Experience leading international customer implementations and projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead global and regional customer implementation projects for new business wins and transitions.
• Act as the interface between customers, Key Account Management, and operations.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Monitor performance, manage risks, and drive issue resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and project reviews.
• Ensure readiness through SOPs, training, and handover activities.
