Fortinet, Inc. in Sophia Antipolis, France, invites an EMEA Events and Executive Briefing Center Program Intern/Apprentice to join the EMEA Events Marketing team.

You will report to the EBC Program Manager within the EMEA Events and Marketing structure and collaborate closely with field and solutions marketing, brand, and sales teams. The role is based in Sophia Antipolis, France, and requires fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• Studies in marketing, events or business.
• Excellent multi-project management, prioritization and time management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with quick learning of CRM tools (SFDC preferred) and Excel.
• Collaborative team player able to support event management across areas.
• Adaptable to Fortinet corporate culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the EBC Program Manager in coordinating EBC programs.
• Logistics: AV equipment, meeting room bookings, transport planning, visa letters.
• Review and filter EBC requests; create monthly reports from the platform.
• Coordinate 3rd party providers for taxis, hotels, and restaurants; update pages.
• Provide reports on EBC status and SFDC follow-ups to support ROI.
• Promote the EBC strategy through marketing programs and manage materials in Fuse.
