Hexcel Corporation is seeking a Business Support Analyst - EMEA/AP & Industrial to join the team at our Dagneux, France site. The role focuses on Power BI reporting, data modeling, and digital transformation across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

You will automate reporting, manage master data, and provide analytics to support budgeting and forecasting cycles, STRAP planning, and decision-making across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, data analytics, engineering or data science.
• Fluent English and French; other languages appreciated.
• Minimum 5 years in an international industrial environment with data analytics exposure.
• Strong experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Excel, and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into business insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query.
• Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain data governance and master data across Product, Customer, and Sales structures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and STRAP processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, access control, and end-user training on reporting tools.
