Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers in Paris leads the design and engineering efforts for data centre projects across Europe. The Senior Design Manager will drive end-to-end design delivery, coordinate with the Project Director, and manage external design vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with quality and sustainability in mind.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-border collaboration, and fluency in English and French, with German a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture or Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Experience leading design teams and liaising with authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design delivery for data centre projects from briefs to handover.
• Manage external design vendors and coordinate with project directors and stakeholders.
• Review designs for codes, standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Provide progress updates against plans, budgets, and programmes.
• Ensure consultants deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
