Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Business Compliance Associate to support the implementation of compliance activities across the EMEA region. You will advise, review and approve activities, interacting with healthcare professionals and handling contracts, payments and related documentation.

The role requires at least 5 years of administrative experience, strong IT skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Life Sciences or related field).
• Excellent IT and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and audit quality.
• Experience maintaining accurate records and following defined processes.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Business Compliance Specialist and Senior Specialist.
• Act as a key contact for event compliance, contracts and payments; maintain auditable records.
• Guide, review and approve business requests.
• Prepare, draft and review contracts using approved templates and processes.
• Ensure activities are compliant with required documentation and approvals.
• Support transparency reporting activities with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist with HCP engagements and regulatory requirements in France.
• Deliver training to the business as required.
• Assist with travel and accommodation processes for HCPs and GO where applicable.
• Support PO creation, payment processing and related documentation.
• Engage with business teams to provide compliance expertise.
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders across regions.
• Build strong working relationships and provide timely guidance on compliance.
• Support onboarding of new team members and escalation of issues.
