UNIVITY in Toulouse is seeking an Embedded Software Engineer to join the User Terminal team. You will design, develop and maintain embedded software for 5G NTN platforms running on Embedded Linux, collaborating with hardware and RF engineers to ensure robust integration.

The role requires a Master's in Embedded Systems or related field, strong C/C++ skills, experience with ARM and BSP/drivers, and good knowledge of networking. French communication is required; English a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Embedded Systems or related field.
• Strong experience in Embedded Linux development.
• Proficient in C/C++ (Python a plus).
• Experience with ARM-based platforms and BSP/drivers is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software for User Terminal platforms.
• Develop, integrate and validate software on Embedded Linux.
• Contribute to low-level software development (BSP, drivers, hardware interfaces).
• Support hardware/software integration and board bring-up activities.
• Develop, test and debug software on target platforms.
• Collaborate with Hardware, RF and System Engineering teams on integration.
• Participate in software architecture, design reviews and testing to improve quality.
