A fast-growing international company seeks 2–3 elite High-Ticket B2B Sales Agents to manage complex sales cycles and engage high-net-worth clients. Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in closing substantial deals, exceptional communication skills, and a disciplined follow-up routine. The role involves managing leads via Pipedrive CRM, conducting consultations, and collaborating with internal teams to drive sales success. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages being an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience closing large B2B deals, ideally €500k or more.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging high-profile clients.
  • Strong follow-up discipline; persistent and organized.

Responsabilités

  • Manage and convert cold inbound leads through a 3 to 6 month sales cycle.
  • Conduct consultations and present value propositions.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up sequences to keep prospects engaged.
  • Handle negotiations with decision-makers for large-scale investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for sales alignment.
  • Use Pipedrive for managing pipelines and tracking performance.
  • Bring new ideas to enhance sales structure.
