Airbus Operations SAS in Toulouse is seeking an Electronics Design HW Architect & Strategy to lead the hardware development strategy for the future Airbus Electric Aircraft. You will define HW architecture, drive cross-program consistency in electronics design, and collaborate with the Product Architect on HW/SW requirements.

You will manage partners and subcontractors, guide testing strategies, and provide high-level expertise across internal and manufacturing domains.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chartered Engineering or equivalent technical field.
• Deep knowledge in Electronics (Design, Equipment Architecture, and HW Development processes).
• Strong understanding of EMC/thermal environmental requirements and DO160/ABD regulations.

Responsabilités

• Define the HW development strategy for upcoming aircraft programs.
• Collaborate with Product Architect to specify HW and SW requirements.
• Oversee subcontractors and future tender strategy with design partners.
• Support validation, testing, and balance between simulation and physical testing.
• Provide high-level expertise through assessments and reviews for internal developments and manufacturing.
